Papyrus is the document operations product of the Federal Cost Pro suite. It does two things, both well: it handles every PDF operation a contracts officer, controller, or proposal coordinator does in a week — and it generates variable-data documents on autopilot.

Digital signatures with a paper trail
Apply qualified digital signatures — the standard US and EU agencies accept. Each signed document carries signer, reason, location, time, and validity. Auditor-friendly signature panels.
Mail-merge and label printing on autopilot
A template designer with text, barcodes, images, shapes, and form fields. Pull data from a CSV or Excel file and generate the batch. Or set up a trigger — incoming webhook, fixed schedule, or storage folder watch — and Papyrus runs the template the moment new data shows up.
Template versioning that doesn’t slow you down
Templates have versions. Versions have a submit / approve / publish workflow. The version that ran last quarter is preserved exactly. The version that’s running now is reviewable.
