About Federal Cost Pro
Built by CPAs, capture managers, contracts professionals, and engineers who've sat on both sides of the DCAA table. Five products live, three in design.
Built by GovCon, for GovCon.
Federal Cost Pro is a software suite for federal contractors. We’re CPAs who’ve signed Incurred Cost Submissions, capture managers who’ve sat through gold teams, contracts professionals who’ve negotiated forward pricing rates with DCMA, and engineers who think FAR 52.232-25 is a perfectly reasonable thing to learn.
We built FCP because the alternative — QuickBooks plus seven spreadsheets, defended by a controller who knows where every body is buried — is what most GovCons between $10M and $500M run on. And it works, until it doesn’t.
The day it stops working is rarely catastrophic. It’s a DCAA reviewer asking a question the controller can’t answer in under an hour. It’s a contracting officer noticing the bid G&A and the actual G&A are five points apart. It’s a wage determination drift discovered during a DOL audit two years after the fact. It’s a missed renewal option that cost six figures.
We built one suite, around one truth: GovCon compliance is the data model, not a workflow on top of one. FAR Part 31 allowability is a column on the transaction, not a memo. Wage determinations have effective dates. The auditor gets the same numbers you do.
